Required Sports Physicals for the 2011-2012 School Year

The state requires students have an Athletic Physical on file before participating in any athletics.
 
Reading Family Practice will be offering $15 Athletic Physicals for Reading Students on July 26th from 6-8 PM.   Please bring your OHSAA Physical Sheet with you.

Beacon Orthopaedics is also offering $20 Athletic Physicals at select locations on Wednesday, July 20th and Saturday, July 23rd.  OHSAA Physical Sheets are required.
