Class Description:
Accelerated World History is a Freshman level course. it is offered to advanced students as an alternative to World History.
To get to class materials click on one of the links: Assignments or Links and Downloads. Some materials are found in the Downloads page for World History. To access notes click on the "Notes" folder below. Before printing any PowerPoint, please check out my Computer How To page.

- Snow Day Assignment
Day One: Complete 2 News Assigns.
Day Two: Go to YouTube.com, search for a video related to the topic we covered in class the previous day or week. Write down the information that was presented, if included news clips, primary sources, or all secondary source, if the video seem biased at all, and your overall opinion of the video. You should watch a video or combination of videos that total 20 minutes in length.
*If you cannot access youtube, go to google video or yahoo video.
*If video cannot be accessed do a search for the topic and articles. For example: Russian Revolution Articles.
Day Three: Watch the latest presidential candidate videos and take notes on the topics discussed and the stance of the candidate. Many videos can be found at http://news.yahoo.com/elections/ - Map Tests
