Statement from the Reading Community City School District Board of Education:
The Reading Community City School District Board of Education has appointed Amy Thamann to the Board.
The appointment comes after members of the Board received letters of interest from several members of the Reading community, and conducted interviews during the December 21, 2020, special Board meeting.
“The members of the Board feel Mrs. Thamann will be a great addition as we continue our work for the students, families, and staff of Reading Community City Schools," said Board President Beth Wernery.
The next meeting of the Board will be the annual organizational meeting, January 6, 2021, at 5:30 pm.
