The City of Reading is currently taking applications for summer jobs at the pool.
You must be at least 14 years old by June 1 to work in concessions or maintenance & 15 years old to be a lifeguard.
Requirements for lifeguard include taking & passing the American Red Cross Lifeguarding course.
You can pick up and return the application at city hall.
The City of Reading is also taking applications for general maintenance of parks, facilities, and landscaping. Experience with general landscape maintenance equipment (mowers, hand tools, etc.) is preferred but not required.
Applicants must be 16 years old and have a driver’s license.
