Family Education Night: Why Kids Worry (And What Parents Can Do To Help!)

Join us on Thursday, March 16 from 5-6pm for a FREE, VIRTUAL family education night about anxiety. Karen Brownlee from Best Point Behavioral Health will share about how you can help your children manage their anxiety. Karen will provide information about anxiety, when to get help for out-of-control worries, and skills you can use to reduce anxiety at home. This is a special presentation for Reading families only thanks to our mental health grant from the Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board.
 
Presenter Bio: Karen Brownlee, LISW-S, is the Clinical Training and Development Manager at Best Point Behavioral Health in Cincinnati. Prior to training, Karen served as a mental health therapist to children and families of all ages. Karen is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received her Master of Social Work from Northern Kentucky University. Karen is married and the proud parent of three adolescent children.
