Reading HS student Paytan Cadle Butler is building a foundation for himself. As part of a growing construction program at Reading HS Paytan is the first student to partner with youth build an organization that provides training and experiences to help Paytan enter a good career in the trades. Paytan will finish the program this year earning credentials in OSHA safety, forklift, bobcat, and core construction. These credentials will help make him employable to any construction contractor. What sets Paytan apart is that he was willing to give the opportunity a chance. As a result when he comes home from school and is asked what did you do today he can respond... Built a house today..
