Most young people spend their summers donning swim suits and lounging at the pool. Reading Mockers spent their summer in dress suits and arguing in court. Three Reading High School students competed in the exclusive Gladiator World Championships. This rigorous competition featured the world's best high school mockers from the United States, Canada and China. Kudos to Kiersten Kleehamer, William Moeggenberg and Mouhamadou Ndiaye for going the extra mile and honing their litigation skills. The students were assisted by their cohorts James Wooten and Gio Escobedo. Cameron Millette also made the cut but unfortunately was not able to compete. A special shout out to Kiersten who finished just 1 point from advancing to the semi-finals, earning an Honorable Mention designation in the process.
