Congratulations to several talented Reading High School photographers who earned top honors and cash awards at the Evendale Juried Photography Exhibit. This annual event celebrates creativity and technical skill in photography, showcasing the work of emerging and established artists from across the region.
Sam Skillman and Carson Poirier each received Honorable Mentions and a $25 prize, while Nakaiyah Anderson captured 3rd Place and $50, and Phoenix Revis earned an impressive 2nd Place and $100. Their recognition reflects not only their individual artistic vision but also the strength of Reading’s growing visual arts program.
In addition to the award winners, the photographic work of Tyler Carusone, Miranda Somma, Cole Batterson, and Keirah Gates will also be featured in the exhibit. Their pieces, along with those of their classmates, are currently on public display in a unique outdoor gallery along Reading Road in Evendale, where they will remain through December.
This outdoor showcase gives the community an opportunity to enjoy student artwork in a new way, blending art and environment while highlighting the creativity of young local artists. Congratulations once again to all of our talented Reading photographers for representing our school and community with such skill and pride!
