Reading Mock Trial Team Shines at Statewide Competitions

The Reading High School Mock Trial Team had an outstanding weekend, competing in two highly competitive tournaments and bringing home impressive results that highlight both their skill and depth as a program.

On Saturday, the team competed in the Buckeye Brawl in Columbus, facing off against 26 teams from across the state. Reading posted an exceptional 7–1 record, earned seven individual awards. The team secured second place overall, marking a tremendous performance.

Building on that momentum, the team traveled to Miami University on Sunday to compete in the MockHawk Invitational. In a highly competitive lineup that included several perennial powerhouse programs, Reading finished in second place overall, a result the team is especially proud of, given the level of competition.

Overall, it was a remarkable weekend for RHS Mock Trial, showcasing teamwork, preparation, and a growing tradition of excellence. Congratulations to the students and coaches on a job well done and on representing Reading with pride.
