Reading Seniors Celebrate Bright Futures on Signing Day

Yesterday, Reading Jr/Sr High School proudly celebrated six outstanding seniors during our annual Signing Day ceremony as they announced their plans for the next chapter of their academic, athletic, and career journeys.

The event recognized students who have demonstrated tremendous dedication, perseverance, and commitment throughout their time as Blue Devils, and we are excited to see all they accomplish in the future.

Our six recognized seniors included:
  • Mickenzy Little - Continuing her education through the Career X program at Great Oaks. Through the Neighborhood Bridges program and receiving the William Kirby Scholarship, Mickenzy was also presented with an iPad loaded with communication software that will help support her future success and communication needs.
  • Brooke Androne - Continuing her education and basketball career at Mount St. Joseph University
  • Ramata Anne - Continuing her education at Mount St. Joseph University while joining the university dance team
  • Makayla Graham - Continuing her education and softball career at Union Commonwealth University
  • Addison Koebbe - Continuing her education and soccer career at Hanover College
  • Jessica Ries - Continuing her education at University of Dayton where she will be a member of the Pride of Dayton marching band
Signing Day is always a special opportunity for our school community to celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our student-athletes and seniors as they prepare for life after high school. Congratulations to all six of our seniors and their families on this exciting accomplishment.

Once a Blue Devil, always a Blue Devil!
