The 2nd Graders had a wonderful time visiting the Trailside Nature Center at Burnet Woods this week! We learned about The Water Cycle, seasonal changes in our environment, and how animals prepare for winter. We also had a great time taking an afternoon hike to discover more about trees, leaves, animals, insects, and even mushrooms! It was so fun to travel to the park to experience everything we’ve been learning about in class in person!
