School Smiles Dental Care

School Smiles is a school based, portable dental program. They send a state licensed dentist and dental assistant to setup a dental office inside the school during school hours to see students ages 2-20 who have signed up for dental services.

School Smiles offers full comprehensive care: both preventative and restorative services to fully treat the student. They bill insurances and offer a self-pay options.  There is also a grant foundation for those that qualify.

School Smiles strives to become your child's dental home and to see them every 6 months and for follow up treatments. If there is a procedure we are unable to complete at the school, we will notify the parent and help coordinate with a local dental office to get the treatment taken care of.

Please use the link below to sign up.  You can sign your child up at any point during the year and the dentist can see them on their next visit. School Smiles typically visits Reading twice in the fall and twice in the Spring. A new form must be filled out every school year.
