School Care

Reading Community Schools uses an electronic charting system in our clinics.  The program we use is called SchoolCare.

SchoolCare allows us to quickly and easily chart visits for each student that is seen in the clinic and keep track of all their health information, helping us provide the best care possible in the school setting.

Parents & Guardians will receive an invitation to make an account and update their child’s medical history, chronic conditions, and current medications.  Once your account is made, you will be able to view all your child’s clinic visits and screenings.  If your child takes medication at school, a notice will be sent through SchoolCare when we need more at school.

SchoolCare is HIPPA and FERPA Compliant so parents can be sure their child’s health information is secure.
